[rrd-users] Good Clean Win installation Manual

Hello, all.  I have been searching for a clear installation guideline
that will allow RRD to create graphs on the fly.  Along with the
guidelines a sample cgi script / source web page would certainly help.
I know the request if vague but any help would be appreciated.
