[rrd-users] Adding a DS to a rra

I was hunting around for a bit, and found something by Jeff Rodriguez, but the 
URL was dead.

Jeff was very helpful and passed on the code, and I *think* it works with my 
tweaks, but would like a few others to try it out too, as I'm not sure what 
all of the original code was up to:
