Dulac, 

I have the same problem and re-installed different versions from MRTG
and RRDTool but none of the work.

Have no idea what the issue could be, I have experimented with
WeekFormat[] but didn't solve the issue.

Windows 2000 server running  MRTG & RRDTool latest versions.

The width of my image is 500 wide by 300 tall.  When I create the exact
same
graph on Solaris (using the exact same script), the week numbers are
printed
correctly.  

I've been able to reproduce this issue on multiple windows OS's (XP-pro,
W2K-pro, NT4.0, and W2003-server).

This occured to me when I made the graphics too small. Are You using 
width-option?
