[rrd-users] Decimal numbers again.

Hi,

This is almost the same issue I raised few days ago. Sorry for (almost)
double posting..

Stephan said rrdtool makes an adjustment on the data for not pushing it
into RRD exactly at the beginning of interval. That's why I see decimal
numbers in RRD file whereas I send integer data.

This adjustment thing is a little annoying. The same thing happens with
the traffic data I collect. I get data like "354459.8234 bytes" in 5
minutes. Is there something to turn this "adjustment" feature off? Or
should I patch the code to disable this? Why is there a need to make
such an adjustment?
