[rrd-users] how to extract ave-peak from data that span say 2 week ?

Hi,
 
Has anyone written anything that would compute
the average peak value from some single datasource data
that spans says 2 weeks ?
Just find the peaks would be interesting by itself....
I'm not even sure if rrdtool (or Cricket) itself has
builtins to return peak values...
