[rrd-users] rrdtool create

Hey guys, 

I want to store exact value of a performance counter(cpu utilization) to an 
rrd database. I want to have the value stored as exactly for 6 months and 
365 days too. I also want to use 600ms. So can someone share to me how I 
will write rrdtool create for this kind of requirement?
