[rrd-users] where to find help

[ISP BNJCOMP COM]

Okay maybe I am doing this wrong.
I have asked a couple times here questions.
I have asked on experts exchange the same questions.
neither place gets any response or answers to questions.
I have read and studied and am continuing to study rrdtool as it 
seems to be just what  I need.  But in meantime while learning
I need to find out some answers. 
So the question is Where do I ask that I can actually get a response and 
is rrd-users at list.ee.ethz.ch  the right place to post in first place?
