yes, sure, and you have 100,000 rows

"rrdtool fetch mshsevalues.rrd AVERAGE" gives you by default the last 24h,
that is, 288(+2) samples
try "rrdtool dump mshsevalues.rrd > mshsevalues.xml" or use --start/--end
options with fetch.
