Hi Timothy,

I think you're looking for RRD companions and/or front-ends. Take a look 
at:
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/rrdworld/index.en.html
and see if any one of the mentioned programs fits the bill.
