[rrd-users] compile RRDTool perl-shared on HP-UX with perl 5.8

I made a successful installation. Below are steps. Hope it will be help
for someone.

1. install perl 5.6 or 5.8 (of course).
2. Install ansi C ( I didn't try gcc).
3. pass compile flag "+Z" to all make file. You can set CFLAGS='+Z'. 
4. compile. And... success ......... I love it.
