[rrd-users] timezone settings for graph

I have a router that I'm polling to gather some statistics and the 
router is located in another timezone (10.5 hrs different than the 
server).  How do I get rrdtool graph to use a different timezone when 
creating its images?  I also need to account for DST (the timezone of 
the router does not have DST, but the server does)
