Hello again!

Well, in my locale.alias I have:
$ grep swedish /usr/share/locale/locale.alias
swedish         sv_SE.ISO-8859-1

Still I tried both LC_ALL=sv_SE.UTF-8 and LC_ALL=sv_SE.ISO-8859-1
They both display the same results. :(
