Hello!

It is not the locales fault. Hence I run gnome and just about every 
other application in swedish. If I use en_US it works perfect but that 
is not what Im posting about since I want the weekdays in swedish. The 
problem is since I upgraded rrdtool from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 åäö stopped 
working. It worked just fine with åäö in 1.2.8 but in 1.2.9 it sudenly 
stopped working so the problem is not that I have the wrong locale since 
I did not change it when upgrading from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 the problem is 
that in the new rrdtool 1.2.9 I get 'Enc-err' instead of my swedish 
characters.
