[rrd-users] Timezone Change on Graphs

Our data is stored, and currently displayed, in UTC.  Is there any way
that we can alter the graphs so that they have timezone altered
timestamps?  So the data is graphed by UTC, but the timestamps on the
output are in a user's local timezone for easy interpretation.
