Hi Nicola,

yes the parser in rrd_restore is not very flexible ... patches to
improve this are welcome ...

as for restoring 1.0.x files, this could be added but currently the
thing todo is to dump your 1.0.x files with 1.2 if you want to
restore them with 1.2
