600m, not 600M.  Yes, the difference is huge.
600m equals 0.6 whereas 600M equals 600,000,000
And it is per second, not per 300 seconds (5 minutes).
Yes, you can have 0.6 errors per second _on_average_ .
For instance: 6 errors in 10 seconds equals 0.6 errors per second.
