Danny,

the problem is that you have set the LPR argument such that the
label is placed at midnght of the first of the month. This is
wrong. The label concerns the whole month, so you must set the
precision to 30 days (roughly)

  30 * 24 * 3600

in october your error becomes a particular problem because of the
daylight switching problem
