[rrd-users] RRDTool 1.3.7 and Tcl 8.5.7

I wouldn´t try to force RRD to use something it´s is not intended to use.

Grab 8.5 TCL if you can then build that.

With all the lessons of software upgrades over the years do as the
developers ask...
