[rrd-users] reuse of CDEF var for use in loops

I use it in my script and inside the loop each time I append the new value as new CDEF [from different sources] to a $CMD variable and outside of the loop I run the full command....

I would like to calculate summaries of DS from multiple RRD's in PHP.
Should below CDEF line be valid ?
