[rrd-users] rrdtool 1.4.7

Great news -- I hope Tobi can put the files into the contrib. directory.  Windows binaries for RRDTool are hard to come by after v1.2.x and Activeperl 5.10.

So -- this is RRDTool 1.4.7, Perl 5.14 32bit -- will it only work under Win2K8/64bit or is it OK on 32bit windows as well?
