[rrd-users] problem with automake 1.11.3

Hi there,

with automake 1.11.3 I'm getting the following error :

$ ./autogen.sh 
autoreconf: Entering directory `.'
autoreconf: running: autopoint --force
autoreconf: running: aclocal -I m4 --force -I m4
[ ... ]
bindings/tcl/Makefile.am:31: `pkglibdir' is not a legitimate directory for `SCRIPTS'
bindings/tcl/Makefile.am:30: `pkglibdir' is not a legitimate directory for `DATA'
autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1

The attached patch seems to fix that.
