[rrd-users] can't create a graph using rrdcached

The last time I checked, these functions were not yet supported by RRDcached in the production branch.

To do this, you need to get the Trunk version of RRDtool 1.4.trunk and compile it yourself; then you will find that rrdcreate, rrdlast and several others are supported.
