I found and fixed the problem.
Both http://www.vandenbogaerdt.nl/rrdtool/ and 
http://rrdtool.vandenbogaerdt.nl should be working again. The problem was in 
DNS, so maybe you need to wait a few minutes for the cache to time out 
should you have tried very recently.

More info: my hoster did a big change.  Somehow they managed to change my 
DNS zone file for some domains but not for others. RRDtool related stuff was 
still pointing to the old, non existing server.

I don't check that site every day or even every week. It's static, no 
revenue from it, so I may not know it if something's wrong.  Next time 
please notify me; my email still worked...
