[rrd-users] Consolidating to a Daily RRA

Alex/Simon, thanks for your input.  It turns out my data had mixed 
intervals so I had to read up on steps and heartbeats.  I am in the 
process of re-entering 5 years of data.

I suspect that at least for EST the daily averages based on GMT will be 
close enough for my purposes.
