Absolutely nothing at all, but quoted an entire day's worth of list messages.
In common with virtually all mailing lists, there's a footer on every list message. It has a link to the mailing list website (https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/rrd-users) where you can unsubscribe or otherwise manage your subscription.

In addition, if you look in the mail headers, which unfortunately most mail user agents hide, you'll find this :
> List-Id: Help and discussion among RRDtool users <rrd-users.lists.oetiker.ch>
> List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/options/rrd-users>, <mailto:rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=unsubscribe>
> List-Archive: <http://lists.oetiker.ch/pipermail/rrd-users/>
> List-Post: <mailto:rrd-users at lists.oetiker.ch>
> List-Help: <mailto:rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=help>
> List-Subscribe: <https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/rrd-users>, <mailto:rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=subscribe>

Lastly, in common with almost all mailing lists - requests to a list should be sent to ${name_of_list}-request@${server}. Hence, to unsubscribe you send your REQUEST to the REQUEST address which is as in the headers above, rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=unsubscribe

This is pretty well standard across mailing lists, AND it will have been included in the welcome mail sent when you subscribed in the first place.
