[smokeping-users] Cannot run Smokeping

Hi, I've just installed and configured smokeping, and when I try to start
it, I get the following message:

Can't load
'/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux/auto/Digest/MD5/MD5.so' for
module Digest::MD5: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux/DynaLoader.pm
line 206.
 at /usr/local/smokeping/lib/Smokeping.pm line 8
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/smokeping/lib/Smokeping.pm line
8.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/smokeping/lib/Smokeping.pm

I have MD5.so in the correct place, so I can't see whats stopping smokeping
from starting.  Has anyone got any suggestions?
