[smokeping-users] green yellow orange red

Hello smokers :),

I've installed smokeping 2 days ago and I've tuned
the loss bar color to be more progressive between green and red,
it looks really nice.

1    88ff00    "1/20"
2    ffff00    "2/20"
3    ffaf00    "3/20"
4    ff8000    "4/20"
6    ff3000    "6/20"
10   ff1800    "10/20"
20   ff0000    "20/20"
