[smokeping-users] alerts

i'm having a heck of a time getting alerts to work.  i followed
documentation and also previous mailing list suggestions for config
language.  i receive the following error when i start smokeping ERROR:
/usr/local/smokeping/etc/config, line 63: unknown section 'Alerts'
