[smokeping-users] Packet Loss consolidation method

Hi there!

As far as I can see the consolidation method used for the packet loss is 
"MAX".

That means that for the 400 days graph you rarely get green graphs.

I would like to change it into "AVERAGE". How can I do that? The 
defaults for the RRD are not well explained on the configuration 
reference...
