But I think that's a good idea below.
Edit your config file to reduce the number of pings to 10 rather than
the default 20. That should cut your total time down. You may need to
remove your RRD's once you make this change. I'm not sure Smokeping will
rebuild them automatically or use what exists and leave the last 10 ping
slots blank.

Any way you slice it, if the tests aren't completing in the time
allotted, your results will not be correct.

Maybe don't send out so many packets or ping at wider than 5 minute
intervals.
