[smokeping-users] My fping icmp requests always have a sequence number of 0000

I'm using the fping I just downloaded from the SmokePing web site.

When I use fping, it appears to be puting the icmp sequence number at the
icmp data section offset, and leaving all zeros in the icmp sequence number
area.  This seems to be causing some of my probes to be clobbered on the
remote host's side (probably their ISP).

This happens when I run something like "fping X.X.X.X -C20"

I'm running fping on Red Hat 9.0.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  I did send a note to the author.

The program seemed to compile and install just fine, as you see below:
