[smokeping-users] new problem with smokeping

now when i run the cgi i get:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "CGI" (perhaps you forgot to load "CGI"?) at /usr/local/smokeping/lib/Smokeping.pm line 1726.

use CGI;
is in Smokeping.pm and i even made a copy of CGI.pm and SpeedyCGI.pm to /usr/local/smokeping/lib/

not sure what the problem is... any help would be greatly appreciated
