[smokeping-users] error while open smokeping in web

Dear All,
i have install smokeping in my openbsd, and when i run it in shell, it 
runs well
here is in my shell:

# /usr/local/bin/smokeping
### fping seems to report in 0.1 miliseconds
Daemonizing /usr/local/bin/smokeping ...

but when i look in the web (http://192.168.1.83/smokeping/smokeping.cgi),
it says:

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name 
changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
