You need to add a scriptalias line in your httpd.conf like so:


ScriptAlias /smokeping.cgi /usr/local/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.cgi
Alias /smokeimg/ /usr/local/smokeping/htdocs/img/

Then you can just use http://<your ip>/smokeping.cgi

NOTE: I put those lines in the global config, not a <virtualhost> container.
