[smokeping-users] Insecure dependency in open while running setuid

when I try to access detailed status on a target I get this error

/Insecure dependency in open while running setuid at 
/var/www/somevhost/smokeping-1.31/lib/Smokeping.pm line 619./


I'm running apache 2.0.49, with perl 5.8.4. It worked fine for awhile
till I upgraded perl and apache...

Permissions on all the files are apache:apache which is what apache is
running as...
