[smokeping-users] qmail sending smokealerts

Hello,

I have some nms machines that I've recently setup with smokeping 
(excellent lightweight program for this sort of thing)  and I've tried 
to have it email me when there is a someloss occurrence (using defaults)

and the problem I have is that all emails come to me dated as from the 
epoch (12/31/1969 7:00pm) yet the first line of the email is the correct 
date (Mon Aug 30 09:45:21 2004 - for example) is there something awry in 
my qmail setup.. or can I change something in smokeping to have it post 
the correct date?

I don't think it's sendmail flags.. but rather email composition.

Suggestions welcomed.
