another approach would be, to tell smokeping to disregard round
trip times above a certain value when deciding the scaling of the
graph ... because smokeping does not use the native scaling in
rrdtool to set the size of the graph this shouldn't be all that
difficult to implement.
For example by adding a new configuration option called displaymax
which would tell smokeping to disregard any value abovce a certain
limit when caculating the sizing of the graph ... the advantage of
this would be that you would not modify the actual data ...
