[smokeping-users] Graphs Appearing but no reading

Dear Smokeping users,
i m new to smoke ping i have installed the smokeping and its working 
fine just the problem is msopkeping is refreshing but not plotting any 
readings only blank graphs...
can anyone tell me the issue!!!!
i have mentiond the permissions to apache to the img dir
