[smokeping-users] SSH and Alternative DNS and probe

Hello,

I've writte two new Probes. Useful if you have a firewall or a traffic
shaper that treats SSH and DNS different that ICMP. The Alternative DNS
Probe will not produce the same results as the DNS probe because it does
not retry the request three times by default. (Like dig does). The SSH
probe produces logfile messages on the other side, so get permission
from the owner first and set the greeting string to something informative.
