[smokeping-users] SSH probe contribution

Hi,

here is SSH.pm which is derived from DSN.pm

SSH.pm uses ssh-keyscan for probing.
At this instant it accepts protocol V.2 rsa keys.
A version using public keys is under way.

One thing I haven't figured out is why the
time displayed by smokeping is somewhat higher then
the values I get using "print" debugging output.
