[smokeping-users] announce: smokeping 2.0rc2

Folks,

Niko has spent a lot of time working on smokeping lately. We are
now ready to present:

               Smokeping 2.0 Release Candidate 2

### WARNING: this is RC quality software. Don't come whining to us
if you computer explodes when you load it ... #####################

The main feature of the new release is a complete overhaul of the
probes interface. There is now much stricter syntax checking of the
configuration file now. The structure of the config file has also
been simplified. PROBE_CONF is a thing of the past now. Even probes
can now generate their own documentation. In the process, many of
the probes got a complete overhaul as well.

Check the doc/smokeping_upgrade.txt file for more information.
