[smokeping-users] tSmoke html formatting lost

tSmoke was sending weekly emails that were html formatted before I upgraded
to 2.0.9 (was on 2.0.4), but after I upgraded the emails have the html in
it, but don't display the nice table, just the text.  I tried swapping the
tmail.dist with the custom tmail, but that didn't seem to help.  Any ideas?
