Finally got it working. The config that works is as followed, not the same
with example.
*** Probes ***
+ telnetIOSPing
forks = 5
offset = 50%
packetsize = 56
step = 300
timeout = 60
iospass = pass
iosuser = user
pings = 20
source = 192.168.100.1
+++ 101_222
menu = 101_222
title = 101_222
host = 192.168.101.222
++++ PROBE_CONF
iospass = pass
iosuser = user
target = 192.168.101.222
source = 192.168.100.1
psource = 192.168.100.1
