[smokeping-users] SmokePing not generating webpage or graphs

I have smokeping running, without any noticeable errors.  However it is not
generating the webpage or the graphics.
I installed from an RPM I found here:
http://ftp.nakedape.cc/ftp/nakedape/fc4/rpm/smokeping/
I'm just not comfortable making my own builds yet.  I read all that
documentation and it seemed like it was missing information.
