[smokeping-users] Downloading the Lastest Version

I am trying to download the latest verson of SmokePing (2.0.8) and it
seems to be a winzip file that contains a tar file. I download the
winzip file to my windows desktop, but when I try to unzip it I always
get an error. (Error reading header after processing 0 entries). 

Any suggestions?
