[smokeping-users] No pings returned

I'm running smokeping on windows and I can get the app to run and get
allgraphs created, but the graphs show that all pings are lost. If i run
smokeping manually it returns pings. I am using fping.exe for windows.
I get the following values
packet loss
100% average
100% maximum
100% current
This is the return regardless of what ip or dns host I use.
What could be wrong ?
