[smokeping-users] Reload configuration but not run Smokeping

Hi all,

I want to be able to view previously collected data by Smokeping and not
run Smokeping. For that I need to make changes in the configuration file
often, under my current scenerio.

Running overwrites the previous data and moves the graphs forward.

Is there some way I could keep Smokeping off but still refresh my config file
 and data files to view the graphs.
