Hi Craig,

an idea I havebeen toying with for some time, is to add the ability
to generate a webinterface to the Parse::Config module ... the
effect would be that you could start smokeping like that


user> smokeping --cfgweb=myconfig.cfg
* SmokePing Web Config waiting on http://localhost:32435

then the user would start his webbrowser at the address indicated
and edit the config ...
