[smokeping-users] URL issue when using IP insead of hostname

I was quite wrong on how I was discribing the problem I am seeing.  Here
is a snippet of the config file that makes more sense than I do  ;)

+ TX-AMA
menu = Amarillo
title = DIA Connections
alerts = loss100,loss50,loss15,Clearloss0
++ 66.62.xxx.xxx
menu = TX-AMA999-DIA-01
host = 66.62.xxx.xxx
