Hi Chris,
it should still be 64 rather than 128 since the connection in today
context should be duplex. 64 in transmit and 64 for receive.
Isnt that the case?

Yes, times two (out and back), appproximately (I didn't measure the
size of ping packets that fping normally uses).
By the way, I made a mistake, that formula is bits per second, not
kilobits per second.
